EVACUATE PANAMA.
JAPANESE ILL-TREATED? (Reed. 2 p.m.) TOfcYO, April 4. The majority of the HOO Japanese merchants ancl fishermen residing in Pinama have decided to evacuate owing to the Republic's strong anti-Japanese oppression since the recent adoption of the Foreigners Control Laws. The Domei News .Agency correspondent at Lo« Angeles said that some Japanese were being 'imprisoned, charged with eipionage, and the Japanese were no longer able to reside in Panama.
