(Reed. 11 a.m.) TOKYO, April 4. Two Americans, Miss Butts and Mr. Httbert Blair, seized last week in the round-up of missionaries in Korea, have been released. It was reported to-day, however, that they must report regularly it tiu Kenan officials.
