WAR RISKS CLAIMS. OUTLINE OF PROCEDURE. (0.C.) WELLINGTON", this day. The chairman of the Associated Banks has advised that the whole question of the collection of war risk insurance claims and the replacement of goods lost is primarily a matter between t'he drawee and the drawer (or shipper), and the banks as intermediaries are pleased to carry out the individual instimctions of their customers. The London offices of the banks reported that claims made through their agency were being settled expeditiously and without undue delay or inconvenience to liie parties concerned. The statement follows negotiations between the Wellington Chamber of Commerce and the Associated Banks.
