LORRY OUT OF CONTROL. (0.C.) WAIHI, Friday. A spectacular smash occurred this morning in the central portion of the town, when a heavy lorry owned by Kuchanan Bros., timber contractors, which was parked outside Newdick's buildings, Wy some means got started and ran across the road, mounted the footpath and crashed into the premises of Mr. H. E. Benbrook, butcher. The force of the collision caused general devastation in the shop, smashing the plate-glass window and woodwork, and scattering the counter, wcales, goods and window appurtenance*
