HEAVY EXPLOSIONS.
Fires In Rumanian Oil Fields. GERMANS BLAME R.A.F. (Reed. 1 p.m.) LONDON, Mar. 2. The Associated Press correspondent at Negotin (Yugoslavia) says it is reported from Rumania that fires followed heavy explosions in the oil fields at Ploesti. German sources blamed Royal Air Force bomb.ng.
