ATTACK BY TURKEY. Reported Secret Pact To Take Dodecanese. United Press Association. —Copyright. (Reed. 1.30 p.m.) LONDOX, Jan. 3. Mussolini's Press spokesman, Virginio Cayda, stated that London and Ankara had concluded a secret agreement regarding the status of the Italian Dodecanese Islands, in the Eastern Mediterranean. It is reported from Belgrade that Turkey has concentrated troops opposite the Dodecanese Islands. The Bulgarian Foreign Minister, M. Popoff, ia visiting Vienna to consult, he states, a medical specialist. It is reported, however, that he is to see the German Foreign Minister, von Ribbentrop. Some report* state that Germany is about to present demands to Bulgaria. The Rumanian State Railways are sending about 100 locomotives to Germany for general repairs. All German nurses and governesses in Turkey, totalling several hundred, have been ordered to leave -within 15 days.
