FOR POLLS OVERSEAS.

Members of the Xew Zealand fan* who are qualified to vote for the *l*«*h» of members of Parliament and at lkeg. sing polls are empowered to vote by * clause in the Electoral Amendment Bin introduced in the House of RepctacaUtives this afternoon.
Any person who has u u elector of any electoral district can rot* as an elector of that district. Thorn not so registered are empowered to v<rt* as electors of districts in which tker were before they left the Dominion.*
Power is taken to issue regtuatiaai to facilitate voting overseas.
Another clause in the bill lays it dowi that memliers of the forces are not db> qualified from being members of Parliament. This enables a member of tfe forces to stand for election to Parliameat or to be appointed to the Legislate Council. — (Parliamentary Reporter.)
