The newe agency claims that the bomber wae attacked while reconnoitring inside Hungarian territory. It adde that the attack constitutes "a manifest act of war asainet Hungary." It ie officiary stated in Bucharest that ui investigation is being made into the tlleged attack, and that Rumania is ready to give Hungary complete satisfaction if she is found "guilty." The German and Italran Ministers in Bucharest »nd Budapest have been recalled to rep-rt on the situation between ••ijirarj an' , Rumania over the Transylvania question.
