WEATHER FORECAST.
FOR CITY AND PROVINCE. Th# Government meteorologist issued to the "Auckland Star" this afternoon the following special weather forecast for the Auckland Province to as far south as Hamilton, Kawhia and Tauranga:— Moderate to strong north to northeast winds. Weather dull and unsettled, with intermittent drizzle or rain. Moderate temperatures. Seas becoming rough on the east coast, moderate on the west coast. Pressure is high to the east and low to tha south, while a disturbance is located in the north Tasman Sea. HAURAKI GULF CONDITIONS. The following report of weather oonditions in the Hauraki Gulf was received from Tiritiri Island at noon to-day:— Wind, north by east, fresh; sea, rough; weather, fine; visibility, good; barometer, ateady. v
