FRANCE PROTESTS.
DETENTION OF ADMIRALS. {Received noon.) LONDON, July 30. A message from Vichy eays the Government has protested against the detention of Admiral Cayot and Admiral Villaine, who were commanders of French ships in British, ports, when the armistice was signed.
