(By Telegraph.— Presw Association.) TAURAXGA, Tuesday. At the Police Court thie morning, Andrew Ferguson appeared before Messrs. W. T. Teasev and C. Whiting, •T.P.'s. charged with discharging a double-barrelled shotgun at Charles Thomas 11a bey with intent to do grievous bodily harm, and also with presenting a firearm at Ma bey. Mr. H. O. C'oone.y appeared for Ferguson. Sergeant Edwards applied for a remand, which was granted till Friday, August o
