DISCHARGES GRANTED.
A motion by John Bouskill. stonemason, of Auckland (Mr. Simson), annulling adjudication of bankruptcy, was •granted by Mr. Justice Callan in tlie Supreme Court to-day.
Motions for discharge from bankruptcy were granted as follow:—Iliro'd Harris King, farmer, Motukiore Islanci, Whangarei (Mr. Rose); Ronald Charles Robinson, farmer. Waihi (Mr. Clark); David George Falcone"-, salesman, Auckland (Mr. Tong).
The hearing of a motion for discharge by Chan Ah Lun, fruiterer, Auckland (Mr: Dickson), was adjourned until Monday.
