STAFF APPOINTMENTS.

(By Telegraph.—rPress Association.) WELLINGTON, Thursday. The following changes in staff appointments of the New Zealand Regular Force were gazetted to-night:— Lieutenant-Colonel C. W. • Salmon, New Zealand temporary staff, relinquishes his appointment as Deputy-Quartermaster-General, and ie appointed Deputy-Quartermaeter-General (1), Army Headquarters, Wellington.

Major (temporary Lieutenant-Colonel) W. R. Burge, New Zealand Staff Corps, relinquishes the appointment of Director of Ordnance Services, and is appointed Deputy-Quartermaster (2), Army Headquarters, Wellington.
