CONDITION SERIOUS.

The condition of the two women who were admitted to the Auckland Hospital yesterday afternoon suffering injuries received when the light car in which they were travelling along the Great Xorth Road, near the Oakley Creek, collided with a taxi driven by Mr. V. J. Kennedy, is still serious. They are Mrs. Moab Croton, ajred "19, of 19, Fir Street, Avondalpwho suffered concussion, shock and lacerations, and Mrs. Elisabeth Marjorie Swanson, aged 31, of 1, Fir Street, who received concussion and lacerations.

Both cars were extensively damaged by the collision.
