GOING TO LONDON.
V.S. ENVOY TO POLAND. (Received 10 a.m.) LISBON, July 3. Two United States warships, including the cruiser Omaha, tiave arrived here. It is understood the United States destroyer Barry has gone to Bilbao to take the United States Ambassador to Poland, Mr. H. J. D. Biddle, to London to reeume contact with the Polish Government.
