Germans Find "Sensational" Documents. INTRIGUES OF THE ALLIES. (Received 11.30 a.m.) LONDON, July 3. The Berlin news agency states that documents show that the Allies planned to overwhelm Germany by cutting off or destroying Swedish ore mines, destroying Russian and Rumanian oil wells, drawing Scandinavia into the war against Germany and entangling Rumania, Turkey, Greece and Yugoslavia.

The Berlin radio announced that documents revealing the Allies' plans to epread the war to neutrals was of French origin and was found in a disabled train during the French retreat. The documents sje so important, the radio stated, that the Government is not waiting to issue a White Book, but is publishing them serially in the German Preee.

It will be remembered that in April the Germane "found" Polish documents, which, they stated, proved that President Roosevelt was involved absolutely in bringing about the present war.
