LONDON, July 3.

Mr C R. Attlee. in the House of Commons, said the Government was not prepared to guarantee non-interference in the publication by the Press of certain expression* of opinion. It must he recoirnised that statements could be published in the guise of opinion which would disclose information to the enemy or impede the war effort by weakening public resolution.
