GERMAN IN FRANCE.
Colonial Troops Stricken With
Fever.
"IN UNBELIEVABLE FILTH." United Press Association. —Copyright. (Received II a.m.? LONDON, July 3. Mr. Joseph Luhan, an American ambulance member, in a message from Paris, describes the horrors of Nazi concentration camps in France. Hβ says tropical fever has stricken the colonial troops and is spreading rapidly.
Mr. Luhan saw 5000 French soldiers livinjf in unbelievable filth at the St. Cloud camp. Many slept under shelters made from branches and grass. The prisoners wore tattered uniforms and begged for bread.
German doctors gave precedence to white cases, saying: "We must distinguish between black and white. The French must learn that too."
