OBITUARY.
MRS. H. V. BAYLY
Widow of the late Captain Isaac Bayly, a veteran of the Maori Wars. Mrs. Hannah Veale Bayly ha* died in Auckland aged SS years." Born of pioneer parents in New Plymouth, Mrs. Bayly married in Taranaki. where her husband took part in the campaign against the Maoris. When Captain Bayly died in 1928. Mrs. Bayly founded "an annual lectureship in his memory. Actively associated with St. George's Church. Kpsom. Mrs. Bayly had lived in Auckland for a number of years before her death.
