TRANSPORT SUNK.
British Submarine Attacks Enemy Vessel. ACTION OFF NORWAY. (Received noon.)' LONDON, June 28. An Admiralty announcement says the submarine Tetrarcb, commanded by Lieut.-Commander R. O. Mills, sank a deeply -laden enemy transport of 8000 tons off the south coast of Norway. Two torpedoes hit the transport, which was escorted by four motor torpedo boats. These unsuccessfully attacked the submarine with depth charges. Enemy 'planes were also eluded.
