Mrs. MoGill-Brown, who was a daughter of Mr. William Emery, was ?''.. , residing in Wellington when she died in December last. , The trust board is to apply the income '' ' ' of the trust fund for the relief, care and ;£i'f.'-: maintenance of elderly men of not less than 60 years of age residing in Dunedin or its suburbs who have resided or formerly resided in the province of Otago for a period of at least five years, and who may or may not be in indigent circumstances.
