CONTROL OF ALIENS.
GRAVE FEARS EXPRESSED. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Friday. Grave apprehension about the control of aliens in New Zealand was expressed to-day at the monthly meeting of the Makara-Hutt Valley Province of the New Zealand Farmers' Lnion. This applied particularly to reports tha: enemy aliens were still arriving in Xew Zealand. After discussion the following resolution was adopted: "This meeting of farmers asks the Government whether or not it is a fact that within the last two months 27 aliens, believed to be G'rmcns, entered this countiy. If th s is so, will the Government take steps to discipline the persons responsible for allowing them admission?"
