FOR CITY AND PROVINCE. The Government mataororognt i*su«d to the "Auckland Star" this afternoon the following special weather forecast for the Auckland Province to aa far aouth aa Hamilton, Kawhia and Tauranga:— Light to moderate easterlies to - northern** predominating. Weather mainly fair to fine. Scattered morning foga are again likely, however, and cloud increasing later from the north. Temperatures moderate. Seaa slight. A very intense anti-cyclone remains centred over the Dominion, while weak disturbances are located in the western Tasman sea. HAURAKI GULF CONDITIONS. The following report of weather conditions in the Hauraki Gulf was received from Tiritiri Island at noon to-day:— Wind, calm; sea, smooth; weather, fine, with banks of fog; visibility, moderate; barometer, high and steady.
