MANGERE AERODROME.

Relative to the suggested use of Mangere aerodrome for training purposes a letter was received to-day by Mr. L. W. Swan, managing-secretary, congratulating the Auckland Aero Club on its war effort, and expressing the hope that the Government would make use of the suggestion to use the aerodrome.

"It does seem dreadful," added the correspondent, "that such a place as that should be idle in these anxious days, when the Air Force members are dofng such magnificent work."
