KERRY BAY'S HURDLES. SUCCESS AT RANDWICK. SYDNEY, June 17. On the second day, to-day, of the Australian Jockey Club s winter meeting, the A.J-C. Hurdle Race was won by Kerry Bay from Saratoga and Lockslea. Details:— Australian Jockey Club Hurdle Race of £650, about two miles and three furlongs.---Kerry Bay, 10.5- (H. Robinson), 1; Saratoga, 0.3 (H. Windle), 2; Lockslea, 10.3 (J. Stanton), 3. Seven started. Length and a quarter ; two lengths. Time 4.-7. Winter Plate of £6">o, one mile and five furlongH.—Fountain, 7.(5 (P. Phillips), 1; Cable Boy, 7.1 (J. Thompson), 2: Hilarious, T. 16 (J. O'Sullivan), 3. Twelve started. Length and a half: three lengths. Time 2.48}. TEMPLE COYN WINS. i VICTORIAN BIRTHDAY. MELBOURNE, June 17. Tije Birthday meeting of the Victoria Racing Olub was held at Flemington today, when Temple Coyn won the principal handicap. Results were:— Birthday Handicap of .£730, one mile and a balf.-r-Temple Coyn, 8.0 (M. J. O'Brien), 1; Tldylus, 8.4 IW. T. Trimble), 2; Cheery Jaefc, 8.0 (A. Beeq), 8. Thirteen started.
