I'lnvour witli plenty of |>epper and and add a, dessertspoonful of chopped sapo and a small pinch of mixed lierb?. Have ready a pound of onions boiled, drained, and chopped, and add these! Beat an egy in a teacupful of milk and mix: well with the other ingredients, addin? more milk if necessary to make fairlv moist. Press into a piedish and 'bake for an hour or more in a fairly cjuick oven. This dish can be eaten as it is. but is even better with a little fried ham or bacon or a casserole of pork and bean*.
