fliic. meat mould is both economical ami appetising. Put a pound of raw minced meat into a bowl. Add a finely chopped onion, a ijuarter of a. pound of breadcrmiibs, a dessertspoonful of chopped parsley. a quarter of a pound of chopju'd, cooked spaghetti, salt, pepper, and a. piucli of mace. If the meat is without fat add also a tablc-poonful of melted dripping. Add a. beaten and a little gravy or milk to moisten, pre*-* into a greased jar or basin, tie with greased paper. and steam for two and a half hours. Turn out and serve hot with gravy or tomato sauce. Or it «mii Ik' left in tlie basin with a weig-ht on top until «-old, then turned out and sliced with salad or for sandwiches.
