The Australians, who have arrived in Auckland are Captain A. ('. T. Jack-on, president, of the Au>trali<in capital :e:-ri-tory of the League of Australia. Mr. K. V. Raymond, general secretary of the league, and Mr. .f. Black. State secretary. Xew South Wales. The leader of the party. Mr. L. A. Robb. president of the Xew South Wales branch and representative of the Federal president, arrived in Xew Zealand several days ago. The visitors are accompanied bv their wives. The ship had been scheduled to arrive in Auckland yesterday which would have permitted the party to connect with the Limited, arriving in Wellington this morning. However, the vessel was delayed, and after entering the (Kirt at a late hour stayed in the stream overnight. Captain Jackson soid that as this was the 25th anniversary of Anzac Day largescale celebrations had been planned in Australia, and although the wtir would affect the scope to a certain extent there would be big rallies in all centres. It was expected that .'JIMIOO would be >11 parade in Xew South Wales. The ltv.ii parude, since its introduction several years ago, was now a recognised part of celebrations throughout the Commonwealth.
The visitors will leave for the south to-night.
