TECHNICAL COLLEGE SCHEME. At the monthly meeting of the Board of (;oyernors o£ the iSeddon Memorial Technical College yesterday, the principal, Mr. C. .1. Park, reported that a section in St. Paul Street, adjoining Ryan's Building, had Wen acquired for the* purpose* of the Technical College Board, and was now a-va liable for use. The section would add a reasonable are* t* the grounds available for the use of boye, and would be suitable for the storage of bicycles a≤ well as giving an entrance to the boys" piavground from St. Paul .Street.

The principal added that he had applied to the Education Department for a graut to cover the estimated co*t of bringing the area into use. If, however, ho help wa, received from that source' he suggested that the board agree to the improvement* being made from school funds. The report -was received, but action wa* deferred until the next board meeting.
