LABOUR FEDERATION. THE AUCKLAND COUNCIL MR. YOUNG AGAIN PRESIDENT. With few exceptions, last year's officials were returned at tho annual meeting la*t night of the Auckland Council of the Federation of Labour. Mr. F. <:. I'nthbert. who is president of the Auckland Labour Representation Committee, was again chosen as vice-president.
