WATERSIDE WORKER'S CLAIM. After having heard the plaintiff and medical evidence on both sides in the case Thomas Green (Mr. Sullivan) v. Auckland Stevedoring Company, Ltd. (Mr. Hore). before Mr. Justice O'Regan in the Compensation Court yesterday, his Honor reserved his decision. Plaintiff, who was 00 years of age and had been injured when working cargo on the ship Margaret W., claimed that the injury had put an end to his usefulness as a waterside worker and claimed a lump sum in compensation. The question at issue was the amount of compensation.
