SEAMEN STRIKE.

IN HEAVY SHIPPING SEASON. TORONTO, April 15. Coinciding with the opening of the heaviest shippuw season on the Creat Lakes since the last war, 6500 seamen have struck work, demanding higher wages and larger crews. A total of 255 vessels are affected.
