Edwin Mustek, have withdrawn from Court calendar her 300,000 dollif damages suit against Pan American Airways. Approval to remove the case from the ■calendar was granted by Federal Judge Harold Louderback following a conference with lawyers. The attorneys told Judfre Louderback a settlement will be >, made "in about two weeks," but refused to disclose the amount. | Captain Mustek and six others Were lost when the Samoa Clipper, on a pioneering trip in a new service conneiting Australia and New Zealand with lie Pacific Coast, fell into the ocean off Pago Pago last year.
