Pezaro—collinson.

RETINUE OP MAIDS.

Small clusters of pink rambler roses and pale mauve blossoms transformed the ccremonial canopy at the Synagogue last evening into a bower of floral beauty, for the wedding of Miss Esther Collinson and Mr. Frank Albert Pezaro. Bowls of Christmas lilies were 'placed 011 the altar, and posies of blue and mauve hydrangeas adorned the pews of the guests. The bride made a charming picture in Jier exquisite gown of ivory faconne. appliqued in Richelieu meadallions. Elbow sleeves and a heart-shaped neck defined the classically cut bodices, and the widelv llared skirt terminated in a verv long train. The voluminous tulle veil fefl in billowy folds from a heavy circlet of orange blossom, and a sheaf of lily of the valley and orange blossom completed a beautiful bridal ensemble.

The Bridesmaids. A retinue of six bridesmaids added a picturesque note to the were: Misses Everyn Bookman, Freda Jaffe, Flossie Fisher, with the Misses Shirlev and Eleanor Pezaro and Audrey Pezar'o as dainty flower girls. The first threo wore turquoise blue slipper satin frocks, with ruched bodices laced with velvet ribbon, and flawed ankle-length skirts. Topknots of cyclamen flowers and shower bouquets to tone gave an attractive colour touch. The small maids also in blue, their 6liirred net Empire frocks over taffeta slips revealing glimpses of tiny pink posies. Mr. Percy Robinson was . best man. and Mr. Phillip Collinson (brother of the bride) was groomsman. The ushers at the church were Mr. Henry Marks and Mr. M. Louis Robinson. The Rev. Alexander Astor officiated at the ceremony, and Mr, J. Blitz was the organist.

The bride is the youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. Collinson, of Heme Bav Road, Heme Bay, and the bridegroom is the youngest son of Mrs. Gustave Pezaro and the late Mr. Pezaro, of Shipnerd's Avenue, Epsom.

The Reception. . ?^ e , largely-attended reception was held at Milne and Chovee's Tudor room, where the guests were entertained by Mr. and Mrs. Collinson and Mrs. Pezaro. Dancing was enjoyed in the reception hall, which presented a seasonal aspect with its holly and silver accessories. Supper wa» served in the Tudor room, the tables being decorated with vases of gladioli and yellow lilies. The bridal table was particularly effective with its central wedding bell of i li e , silver, looped draperies of taffeta being arranged in novel manner to form a canopy over the table. The bride's mother wore a black georgette gown, with old rose embroidered sleeves and black tagel hat with bird of paradise plume, and she carried a bouquet in cyclamen tones. Mrs. Gustave Pezaro's freak was of black flat crepe and satin, black hat and swathed veil. Her bouquet was of crimson roses. Mrs. Alan Copeland (bride's -sister) was m white chaquelle satin; Mrs. George Pezaro, royal blue and green patterned broche; Mrs. S. Pezaro wore a rose chiffon frock.
