VISITOR FAREWELLED.
During the ].nst two days the Lord Mayor of Sydney, Sir Norman Xock, lias been spendinj;- a <|iiiet holiday in' Auckland. Nesterday he played golf at Middlemore, and this morning he was farewelled l>y the deputy-Mavor of Auckland. Mr. ,T. A. C. Alllim, and Mr. A. S. Bailey, representing the Auckland City Council. Sir Xorman expressed pleasure at his visit to the Dominion, and hopes to pay a return visit later.
