(Received 10.30 a.m.) LONDON", November 6. Mr. W. J. Jordan, High Commissioner, presented Mr. Frederick lan Baker, of Dunedin, with the Royal Humane Society's vellum testimonial for gallantry in attempting to save the life of a drowning boy at Lowestoft on July 30.
