RUMANIAN ACTIVITY. (Received - p.m.) LONDON. November 6. The Budapest corres|H>ndent of the American Associated Press says the (ierman Ambassador to l urkey, Heir von ['alien, after visiting Belgrade, arrived at Sofia and talkeil to political leaders in order to ascertain their views lie fore going to Ankara.
M. Yasile Stoica. the Rumanian Amliassador to Turkey, spent hours at Ankara, conferring with M. Saracoglu. the Turkish Foreign Minister, in order to ascertain Turkey's attitude in the event of Russia attempting to regain Bessarabia.
