COASTAL BOAT.

PURCHASE IN WELLINGTON. KAPUNI *BUILT IN AUCKLAND. The latest addition to the fleet of Messrs. A. G. Frankha.m, Ltd., is the motor vessel Kapuni, which this firm has purchased from the South Taranaki •Shipping Company, Ltd., of Wellington. The Kaptini was lmilt at Devonport in by Messrs. XV. H. Brown and Sons for her Wellington owners, and has lieen engaged in the WellingtonPa tea run. She is a vessel of 18S tons gross, 07 tons net and is 100.0 ft in length and 19.0 ft beam and 10.7 ft draught. Some years ago the Kapuni was converted to a motor ship. She will be brought from Wellington this week by Captain O. Fraser and he engaged on the Northern coastal trade.
