Really, this authority on cats mu«t he quite an authority on gardening, too. I would remind this expert I of the Ten Commandments, "Thou shalt not. | I maintain that any individual -ftho may he | guilty of destroying his neighbour's cat j deserves a. severe lesson. However, I hope the S.P.C.A. will get busy and look into tais 1 matter. * BELL ROAD.
