WAIHEKE GATHERING.

RESIDENT FAJREWEIXED. Members of the outdoor staff of the Ostend Road Board met in the Wailieke R.S.A. Clubrooms at a social gathering to bid farewell to Mr. Bas-sell Hall, one of their number who lias been a resident of Palm Beach for several years. Mr. W. Black presided, and the guest* included a number of members of the Waiheke R.S.A., of which Mr. Hall is a vice-president.
