LEAGUE OF MOTHERS.
Takapuna.—The Takapuna branch of the League of Mothers held its annual election of officers in the Parish Hall recently. It resulted:—President, Mrs. Reynolds; vice-presidents, Mesdames Hall, Tompson, Williamson, Bartrum; secretary, Mrs. Davis; treasurer, Mrs. Morcroft; magazine secretary, Mrs. West; magazine reporter, Mrs. Wakefield; tea convener, Mrs. Grainger; committee, Mesdames Reynolds, Hall, Francis, Lewis, Holgate, Melville, Mowday, Roberts, Billett, Preston, West, May, Grainger and Wakefield. Mr 3. Herforth gave a talk on Denmark.
