APPEAL JUDGMENT. PORTLAND COMPANY'S WIN. INJUNCTION SET ASIDE. (T.y Telegraph.—Tress Association.) WKLLIXGTOX, this day. Tlie Court of Appeal, in delivering judgment to-day in the case of Wilsons (X.Z.) Portland Cement, Limited, against the Attorney-General, heard on dune -•'<. 2tj and 27, unanimously allowed the ap]>eal of the company and set aside the injunction which the AttorneyGeneral, on behalf of the North Auckland Electric Power Board, had obtained preventing the transmission of steampenerated electric power along the lines from the company's plant to the borough of Whangarei and other consumers. A cross appeai which the AttorneyGeneral had brought for the purpose of obtaining a more definite injunction than that granted him in the Supreme Court was dismissed. The company was. allowed costs in the Supreme Court and Court of Appeal.
