ACTIVITIES OF SOCIETY.
YEAR'S OFFICERS ELECTED. Finding the cases and providing ment, education and employment is the work of the New Zealand Crippled Children Society and the question of employment is difficult owing to the labour laws, according to the annual report submitted last night at the fifth annual meeting of the Auckland branch of the society, as published in the "Star." Mr. A. L. Spence presided over a good attendance. f'i r Ernest Davis, retiring president, was present. In submitting the report and balancesheet, Mr. Spence paid a tribute to the training facilities in the Seddon Memorial Technical College and to the assistance of the principal and staff. He referred also to the active interest taken by Sir Ernest Davis and expressed thanks to those who had assisted the work of the society. The following officers were elected: — President, Mr. \V. R.
