ORIENT LINERS IN FRANCE
(Keceivwl 2 p.m.) TOULON, June 27. French Secret Service officers have discovered sabotage planned against the Orient Line steamers. The police are seeking an Italian cabinetmaker and a (Jerman resident of Toulon in oonneetion with the plots. Strong lines of police and men in plain clothe.-t are watching all British ships while in port.
