EMPIRE PRESS EXCHANGES
(Keceived 11.30 a.m.) LOXDOX, June 27. The Postmaster-! ieneral, Major G. C. Tryon, addressing the Empire Press Conference, said a considerable time might elapse before a decision was taken on a scheme to reduce postal rates for the exchange of newspapers between Empire countries.
