Projected Non-Stop Flight To World's Fair. WEATHER DELAYS START. Independent Cable Service. (Received 9.30 a.m.) MOSCOW, April 27. Two Russian airmen. Colonel Kikkinaki and Major Gordienko, are. planning a non-stop flight to New York, via Finland, Scandinavia, North of Scotland and Quebec. They will exhibit their machine at the World's Fair. The flyers were to have taken off yesterday, but were held up by bad weather.
