NORTHCOTE CONCERT.
CRICKET CLUB'S FUNDS.
An entertainment for the benefit of the funds of the Northcote Cricket Club was given in the King's Theatre, at Xorthcote, this week, by the pupils of Madame Francesca Mayall. The varied programme was greatly enjoyed by the audience, and included piano selections, songs, recitations, various fancy and Highland dances, also the Lambeth Walk and playettes. During the evening Madame Mayall was pre = - sented on behalf of the Cricket Club with a bouquet by Mr. V. S. Davidson, vice-president.
Among those who took part were: Misses Joy Clow, Doreen Riddell Nanette Schofield, Ann Watling, Marie Hocking, Dawn Martin, Mona Cummings, Ramona Whitcombe, L. Treahor, Joy Swift, Jean Arblaster, Shirley Lenihan, Anne Clemett, J. McCathy, Alona Cummings, Betty Watson, June Jones, A. Brown, A. Schofield, June Warren; Masters Ronnie Milner, D. Mayall, R. Langton, Leon Langton M Dunsmore, and Lindsay Watkins.
