PACT IMPLEMENTED.
Indian Assembly Overruled By Government. TRADE TREATY WITH BRITAIN (Received 11 a.m.* DELHI, March 31. The Government overrode the decision of the Assembly and implemented the Indian-British trade agreement. The Assembly voted against the ratification of the pact by 28 votes to three, while the Council of State supported it by 28 votes to 10.
