The Union Company's Island motor ship Matua arrived 'at 5 p.m. yesterday from Suva with passengers and a cargo of fruit, which she is discharging at Queen's wharf. She will sail at 10 p.m. to-day for Wellington. The North German Lloyd steamer Anhalt, 6580 tons, Captain Meiners, which left New Orleans on December 23 and was expected today. advises Messrs. Henderson and Macfarlane, local agents, that she has met with heavy weather and will not make port until to-morrow afternoon. Cape Horn, which arrived on Sunday from Vancouver, is expected to sail tomorrow for Napier and the South to continue discharge. (U.S.S.
