COMRADES' CLUB.
A large gathering of members and friends attended at the club's weekly social. Dancing, cards and singing comprised the programme. Songs were rendered by Mr. Knox and a humorous sketch by Mr. Massee. Prizes were won by Mrs. Taylor and Mr. McCallum, and the Monte Carlo by Mrs. Thomas and Mr. Oliver and Mrs. Leighton and Mr. Miller. Successful card players wore Mrs. Kavanah and Mr, Paterson. Mr. Rigney was master of ceremonies.
